Self-Care Group- Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm A group focused on all different forms of self-care. This group is volunteer led with a CADASI staff member present to help you identify the importance of taking care of you and teaching new forms of self-care. This group is pampering with Mary Kay products hosted by  MaryBeth.
