Jane’s Bio:
My name is Jane Hermans, The Traveling Yogi. I am a certified 200 Hour RYT (registered yoga teacher). I’ve been teaching since 2009. Currently, I teach approximately 12 classes a week. I teach Vinyasa, which is more of a power yoga flow class, and chair yoga. I teach at the Ogden Y, Yoga Elements Studio, and Lake Park Swim and Fitness Center. For the past 2+ years, I have been attending facilities and teaching chair yoga classes. This, I have found, is where my passion lies. I teach in memory care centers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, the Cerebral Palsy Center in Green Bay, and special needs facilities.

Teaching yoga to all of my students allows me to share the poses, stretches, breathing, and many other aspects of yoga. I have also made many, many friends through my teaching. Yoga is for everyone. I begin every class with No Competition, No Expectations, No Judgment – all things we put upon ourselves. Please join me!
