The position of Crisis Advocate is responsible for providing services for victims of abuse and for general oversight of the Christine Ann shelter and hotline including coverage during nights, weekends and holidays. Domestic abuse services include help line coverage, completing intakes and outtakes with shelter residents, providing individual options advocacy with victims, and advocating for victims with other service providers. General oversight of the Christine Ann shelter and hotline includes following security procedures, accepting donations, and maintaining general cleanliness.

The Volunteer & Facility Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the volunteer program and co-managing in-kind donations. Key duties include recruiting, vetting, and retaining volunteers for one-time, short-term, and long term volunteer projects as well as organizing volunteer recognition and project opportunities. The Volunteer & Facility Specialist will develop strong communication and collaboration with all agency teams/team members to meet agency goals. Responsibilities also include managing the volunteer calendar, volunteer onboarding process, and ongoing training and communication with volunteers. Additionally, the Volunteer & Facility Specialist will work with Facility Manager to coordinate in-kind donations, assess agency needs, maintain inventory and assist with cleanliness standards for the facility. The role involves supporting agency fundraising events and facility management tasks.

The Crisis Advocate serves as a representative for the organization with responsibilities for delivering the agency’s mission through first point of contact with the communities we serve. Crisis Advocates are responsible for providing services for survivors of abuse and for general oversight of the Christine Ann shelter and helpline. Domestic abuse services include help line coverage, completing intakes and outtakes with shelter residents, providing emotional support and individual options advocacy with survivors, and advocating for survivors with other service providers. General oversight of the Christine Ann shelter and helpline includes following security procedures, accepting donations, data entry and maintaining general cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, organization, attention to detail and have the ability to endure the physical demands of cleaning, organizing and restocking and flexibility to focus and prioritize tasks.

The Education & Fundraising Specialist serves as an ambassador for CADASI, building awareness and relationships that support the agency’s mission. This role focuses on fostering meaningful community partnerships and supporting fundraising initiatives.
Fundraising & Events – This position will assist in planning and executing the agency’s major fundraising events, be the contact for community-sponsored third-party fundraisers, and work alongside the Development Manager to meet key fundraising goals.
Marketing & Communications – Manage CADASI’s branding and public image. Ensure consistent messaging and effective dissemination of information. Develop and disseminate CADASI’s external and internal communications including presentations, trainings, agency branding, printed collateral, appeals, annual report, e-newsletters, email blasts, and social media.
Community Education & Outreach – Deliver presentations and trainings to educate and engage the public on domestic abuse and dating violence. Represent the agency at community events. Build relationships with community partners to inspire ongoing community involvement.
